Federico Nuñez – Managing Broker
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Broker, PPMC, PSA, SRS, RENE, e-Pro, ACE
Federico Nunez holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Miami. He is a licensed real estate broker with the PPMC, PSA, SRS, RENE, e-Pro and ACE designations. His work focuses on Miami real estate and residential property management.
Maria Alejandra Gonzalez – Property Manager
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Sales Associate, Lic. Community Association Manager (LCAM)
Maria Alejandra has been living in Miami for over 20 years and has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 as an agent, specializing in rentals. In 2017, she began focusing on property management. Throughout her career, she has managed entire apartment complexes as well as condominium associations and has acquired all the skills and know-how to be an effective property manager.
Leonelly Rodriguez – Property Manager
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Sales Associate, Lic. Community Association Manager (LCAM)
Leonelly brings over 10 years of experience in residential property management to Novel Management. With a proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates, and fostering exceptional tenant relationships, she combines strong negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail. Licensed in real estate and certified as a Community Association Manager, Leonelly is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to delivering a customer-first approach to every property she manages.
Arnaldo Catanho – Realtor
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Sales Associate, Lic. Community Association Manager (LCAM)
Arnaldo holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineer and has over 30 years of experience in the construction, development, and management industries. He has managed large teams and has worked in residential and commercial projects. Arnaldo not only is a licensed realtor but also holds the Community Association Manager (LCAM) license. He has successfully sold, rented, and managed properties in the South Florida area and brings his vast construction background into the property management side of real estate.
Thomas Levy – Realtor
Licenses: Lic. Real Estate Sales Associate
Thomas is a licensed Realtor with a background in marketing, client relations and property rentals. With over seven years of digital marketing experience, he manages listings, coordinates showings and assists with lease negotiations. He has closed multiple rental transactions since joining Novel Management and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
